We’re looking for a few friendly faces to help travelers enjoy the best of Los Cabos.

You’ll earn great tips and enjoy free accommodations. You set your own availability and get paid for a minimum of 7 hours per job! Just be your awesome self and show travelers what makes Los Cabos so special.
We’re currently hiring four (4) new Local Amigos and one (1) Local Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Spend the day with small groups of travelers—help them communicate, explore, shop, eat, or find a fun activity like fishing. Keep things relaxed, answer their questions, and help them experience Cabo like a local.
You work for yourself and set your style.
You’re an independent contractor, so you handle any local or federal taxes on your income.
We pay 1,000 pesos per day (7-hour job) and an extra 500 pesos plus a private room if you choose to travel overnight with your group.
If at any time you feel pressured, uncomfortable, or unsafe, you can end the experience—we’ll still pay you. Your safety and well-being come first.
